3 cups fresh peaches
1 pint whipping cream
1 quart half and half
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
Smash peaches with a pastry blender. Stir all ingredients together and put in an ice cream maker and make as directed. (This recipe made a little too much for my ice cream maker, but it is kind of small.)
